By accessing or using VibeScore ("vibescore.social"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VibeScore provides AI-powered analysis of text conversations for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Our analysis includes vibe scores, attachment style assessments, flags, and advice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Payment & Access

Paid plans provide time-limited access (7, 30, or 365 days) to full analysis features. Payments are one-time and non-recurring. Access expires at the end of the purchased period. Promotion codes may be applied at checkout.

5. AI Disclaimer

All analysis results are generated by AI and are intended for entertainment and self-reflection only. They do not constitute professional psychological, relationship, or therapeutic advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated assessments.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit content that violates others' privacy without their consent, use the service for harassment or stalking, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use automated means to access the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The VibeScore service, branding, and technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of conversations you submit but grant us a limited license to process them for analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

VibeScore is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results, emotional distress from analysis content, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact support@vibescore.social with questions.
